Sonia Mattacchione
B.Sc, B.Ed., RMT - Massage Therapist
Sonia brings over two decades of experience and an impressive educational background to her practice, combining knowledge and skill to provide clients with high-quality care. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Health Science, along with a certificate in Sports Therapy, equipping her with a deep understanding of the body’s mechanics and rehabilitation techniques. Additionally, Sonia earned a Bachelor of Education, which enhances her ability to educate clients about their health and wellness.
Sonia, a graduate of Sutherland-Chan Massage Therapy School (2001), specializes in targeted treatments for specific concerns and stress relief. Her practice incorporates General Swedish Massage, Myofascial Techniques, Trigger Point Therapy, and Manual Lymphatic Drainage. Committed to ongoing learning, she has also added Cupping Therapy, Indie Head Massage, and TMJ assessment and treatment to her skill set. With a foundation in anatomy, Sonia creates individualized care plans to enhance client well-being.
Lisa Puleo
RMT - Massage Therapist
Lisa Puleo, RMT is a graduate of Elmcrest College, earning her Diploma in Massage Therapy in 2008. She is a Registered Massage Therapist in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO) and has been a proud member of the Milton community since 2010. Lisa brings a diverse and well-rounded clinical background to her practice, including experience working with athletes in sports such as boxing and marathon running. This has allowed her to develop strong assessment and treatment skills for repetitive strain injuries, scar tissue, whiplash, and sport-related musculoskeletal conditions.
Lisa also gained valuable experience working in the maternity ward at North York General Hospital, where she supported delivering mothers throughout the labour process. Through this work, she developed a compassionate and effective approach to easing labour-related discomfort and addressing postpartum recovery. She now provides in-clinic prenatal and postnatal massage as part of her services, helping mothers feel supported through pregnancy and the postnatal period.
Known for her methodical and client-centred approach, Lisa prioritizes clear communication and collaboration, ensuring each client feels informed, comfortable, and confident in their care. She has additional training in treating tension headaches and myofascial trigger points and is committed to providing safe, effective, and individualized treatment to support long-term health, wellness, and recovery.
