Sonia, a graduate of Sutherland-Chan Massage Therapy School (2001), specializes in targeted treatments for specific concerns and stress relief. Her practice incorporates General Swedish Massage, Myofascial Techniques, Trigger Point Therapy, and Manual Lymphatic Drainage. Committed to ongoing learning, she has also added Cupping Therapy, Indie Head Massage, and TMJ assessment and treatment to her skill set.
